Terms of Use

1. Subscriptions

Pictor offers auto-renewing subscription plans to access premium features and services:

Weekly Subscription – $9.99/week

Annual Subscription – $39.99/year

Auto-Renewal:

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged through your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase and at the beginning of each renewal term. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

2. Credit Purchases

In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase credits to generate images in the App. Credit purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew:

25 Credits – $6.99

50 Credits – $12.99

100 Credits – $19.99

Credits are non-refundable. Credits can only be used within the Pictor app and have no monetary value outside of the app.

3. User Conduct

By using Pictor, you agree to:

Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Not upload or use prompts that are illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringe on third-party rights.

Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App or its underlying technology.

Not resell or distribute generated content in violation of third-party rights or these Terms.

4. Ownership & Licenses

All intellectual property rights in the App, including the software, design, and branding, are owned by SalvationApps. You retain ownership of the prompts you enter, and you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images you generate for personal or commercial use.

However, SalvationApps does not guarantee that generated content will not infringe on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for your usage of generated content.

5. Disclaimer

Pictor is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalvationApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and may notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
