Cleaner AI - Clean Up Storage

Effective Date: December 31, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Cleaner AI - Clean Up Storage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service The App provides tools to help you manage your device storage, including but not limited to identifying and deleting duplicate photos and merging duplicate contacts. All processing is performed locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and Billing The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases:

  • Weekly Premium: $9.99 per week (includes a 3-day free trial).

  • Lifetime Access: $39.99 (one-time purchase).

Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management: Payments are handled by Apple via your iTunes account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings.

4. User Responsibility and Data Loss The App helps you identify clutter, but the final decision to delete content rests solely with you. * No Liability: We are not responsible for any accidental or intentional loss of data, photos, videos, or contacts resulting from the use of the App.

  • Backups: It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have backups of important data before performing cleaning operations.

5. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since all data is processed locally, we do not have access to your private content.

6. Prohibited Uses You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App’s functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleaner AI - Clean Up Storage, and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
