Users may voluntarily upload photos or videos to generate AI-based video content.

Face Data Processing

When a user uploads a photo that includes a human face, the App temporarily processes the image to understand general facial structure (such as the relative positioning of facial features) solely for the purpose of generating animated video content.

  • The App does not perform facial recognition

  • The App does not identify users

  • The App does not extract or store biometric identifiers

  • The App does not track, profile, or authenticate users

This processing is purely technical and functional, required to render realistic animations.

2.3 Payment Information

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Apple). Nexory does not store or have access to users’ payment information.

3. Use of Information

Uploaded photos and videos are used exclusively for:

  • Generating AI-based video content requested by the user

  • Improving rendering accuracy during the video generation process

  • Maintaining app functionality and performance

No data is used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or profiling purposes.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

User-uploaded media is processed securely using cloud infrastructure (including Firebase) only for the duration necessary to generate the requested content.

  • Face-related data is not shared with third-party marketing, advertising, or analytics services

  • Data is not sold or licensed to third parties

5. Data Retention

All uploaded photos, videos, and any face-related processing data are:

  • Processed transiently

  • Automatically and permanently deleted immediately after the video generation process is completed or when the user deletes the content

Nexory does not maintain a database of face data.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user-provided content during processing and storage.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App or through an updated policy page.
